The main tool for achieving the Goal is a quality management system based on the process approach and risk-oriented thinking that meets the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.

The goal is achieved by solving the following tasks:

• systematic analysis of current and future requirements and consumer expectations and an objective assessment of satisfaction with our products;
• creation of an effective system of selection and development of suppliers, based on the principles of mutual benefit and continuous improvement;
• creation of an enabling environment conducive to the involvement of each employee in the process of continuous improvement of the quality of products, promotion of professional growth of personnel through systematic training and professional development;
• product quality planning at the development stage through the introduction of modern methods, technical design tools and advanced technologies;
• ensuring the effectiveness of measures to improve the quality of products aimed at preventing undesirable effects of risks, as well as taking into account future needs and expectations of consumers.
